The Bluesette is an acoustic archtop guitar with a simplified design: the embellishments and trim are kept to a minimum, while the acoustic presence and playability are maintained. The tonewoods are high quality curly maple and Sitka spruce, aged for at least ten years in our humidity controlled shop. The neck is curly maple or Honduras mahogany, depending on customer preference. The body has three-ply purfling, with un-bound f-holes, and as with all my archtops can be configured with a shallower depth of body, from 1 1/2″ sides to full depth of 3″. The ebony fingerboard is bound in ebony. Custom electronics available.
